Outdoor Adventure

Winaukee Island campers experience many out of camp travel adventures. Some of these include whitewater rafting in Canada, mountain biking in Maine's Acadia National Park, whitewater rafting in Maine, and mountain climbing and hiking in New Hampshire's White Mountain range.

Ropes

Campers will love the excitement of our Adventure Ropes Course. Our 26 foot high climbing wall and 18 elements confidence course, while completely safe, provide an exciting way for campers to challenge themselves. After a tough work-out climbing, campers will enjoy their walk across the "Burma Bridge," scaling the Pamper Pole then riding the Zip Line. The Island camp has its own ropes facility.

Mountain Biking

The biking trails right on campus are a great training ground for more advanced adventures. Explore the White Mountains and spectacular countryside on overnight biking excursions.
